As a follow-up to my earlier post about my first experiences with matcha, I also found a simple recipe for a soy matcha smoothie online.
The recipe is simple. You combine 1-2 cups of soy milk, 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, and ice cubes in to a blender. Add sweetener such as sugar to taste. It yields a delicious and healthy smoothie.
Another alternative might be adding a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or yogurt to create a thicker shake. Definitely an amazingly easy and delicious way to enjoy your matcha!
